Mobile chipper TAC-730 from the company TEREX Environmental Equipment (USA), is designed for processing wood waste (branches, bushes, vershinki, Christmas trees) maximum diameter of 330 mm. The machine is located on its own landing gear (wheels 245/75 R16) and is equipped with a towbar for the transportation of vehicles (tractors, trucks). The chassis is equipped with a brake system and the rear light signaling. The machine frame is made of channel 101.6 mm. Tow hitch is height adjustable and equipped with a mechanical jack, as well as a safety chain with two hooks.
Submission of material to the chipper knives made through the guide feeder with hydraulic top (diameter 355 mm) roller, pressed down and force feed material for grinding. The upper roller can be lifted hydraulically, that allows along with a long material to process lumpy waste. Furthermore, when processing a heavy material, the operator may increase the force pressing the upper roller material. The machine is equipped with its own hydraulic system (oil tank, hydraulic pump). System volume - 45 liters.
Recycling mother in chips, made four blades (two in each cutter knife pocket), mounted on the drum diameter of 609 mm. The length of one chipper pocket is 457 mm. Chipping knives have two chopping hand. Anvil has four working faces.
Release of chips produced through outlet tube, rotating 300 °. The throw chips regulated valve on the output tube. Adjusting the pipes and valves - mechanical. The pipe has an openable bottom for possible inspection.
TAC-730 is equipped with an automatic control system feeder, which is a feedback system (engine speed - the rotation of the drive roller). In the fall of revolutions of the drive motor - feed roller stops automatically until normal engine speed. Direction control of the feed roller (forward, stop, reverse, emergency stop) displayed the same way on the handle, which is located at the end of the supply feeder.
On the outside is dosed installed safety switches (one on each side) to allow instantaneous stop the machine in an emergency situation. The machine is provided with foldable end feed which is raised to the upper position during transport and reduces the length of the machine to 4.70 m.
The engine control unit is equipped with a digital display, which displays the fuel level indicators, hours of operation, voltage, temperature of the surrounding liquid, oil pressure, engine speed. The system automatically turns off the engine when: engine overheating; low oil pressure. Battery - 12 is in the closed metal box.
